BATHABILE DLAMINI SHOULD PAY R200000 FINE, OR GO TO PRISON FOR PERJURY

ANC Women’s League president (ANCWL) Bathabile Dlamini has been fined R200 000 or four years in the slammer for perjury by the Johannesburg justice's court. Judge Betty Khumalo said on Friday 01 Apr.2022 that portion of the four-year prison term would be suspended for quite some time. Dlamini, an individual from the ruling party’s national executive committee, was observed blameworthy right off the bat in spring in spite of specialized misfires that had made the decision be briefly dismissed. Her case connected with bogus proof that she gave after swearing to tell the truth through her oaths to the Constitutional Court in regards to the South African Social Security Agency’s powerful and unlawful delicate granted to Cash Paymaster Services.
